Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Uncoder regarding your access to and use of our website, learning platform, programs, classes, mentorship, support channels, community groups, and related services.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Uncoder program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using our website, platform, and services immediately.

Our Programs

Uncoder provides career-focused learning programs designed to help learners build practical technical skills. Our current programs include:

  • Software Engineering
  • Data Engineering

We may update, modify, pause, discontinue, or introduce programs, modules, features, schedules, mentors, or learning resources at our discretion.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

User Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain parts of the Uncoder platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and throughout your use of our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that happens through your account will be considered your responsibility unless you notify us about unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through Uncoder, including but not limited to videos, class recordings, notes, assignments, projects, curriculum, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and platform materials, is owned by Uncoder or licensed to Uncoder.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, upload, publish, record, share, or commercially exploit any Uncoder content without written permission.

Learning Resources and Access

Depending on your selected program, Uncoder may provide access to live classes, recordings, assignments, projects, notes, doubt support, mentor sessions, mock interviews, career resources, and community groups.

Access to these resources may vary by program, batch, payment status, and platform availability. Uncoder may suspend or withdraw access if a learner violates these Terms, misuses the platform, shares restricted content, or fails to complete required payments.

Payments and Fees

Program fees, payment plans, taxes, installment terms, and any applicable charges will be communicated before enrollment. By enrolling in a program, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the selected payment option.

If you use a third-party financing, loan, EMI, or installment service, your payment obligations to that third party will continue according to their terms.

Refund Policy

Fees paid to Uncoder are non-refundable unless specifically agreed in writing by Uncoder or required under applicable law.

Refunds will not be provided for lack of usage, change of mind, dissatisfaction, inability to attend classes, withdrawal from the program, change in personal circumstances, or failure to complete the program.

If any refund is approved as an exception, Uncoder may request bank details, identity verification, payment proof, or other documents before processing the refund.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Uncoder services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not:

  1. Share, sell, upload, or distribute Uncoder course content without permission.
  2. Record, download, or publish live classes or recordings unless allowed by Uncoder.
  3. Use another learner’s account or share your account with another person.
  4. Use abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language.
  5. Harass mentors, instructors, learners, employees, or support staff.
  6. Cheat, copy, or use unfair methods in assignments, tests, projects, or evaluations.
  7. Upload viruses, spam, harmful files, or disruptive content.
  8. Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
  9. Use Uncoder content or services to build a competing business.
  10. Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, payment status, or enrollment details.

User Contributions

You may submit messages, comments, assignments, project work, feedback, questions, or other content through our platform or communication channels. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are lawful, original, accurate, and do not violate the rights of any third party.

By submitting feedback or suggestions to Uncoder, you allow us to use them for improving our services without any obligation to compensate you.

Career Assistance

Uncoder may provide career guidance, resume review, interview preparation, portfolio feedback, mock interviews, referrals, or job-related resources depending on the program.

Uncoder does not guarantee job placement, internships, interview calls, salary increases, promotions, or career outcomes. Hiring decisions are made independently by employers and third-party organizations.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, communication tools, analytics tools, hosting services, or learning tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, failures, or transactions.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Uncoder services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Site Management

We reserve the right to monitor the platform, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, investigate misuse, and take appropriate action if we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.

Modifications and Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the website, platform, pricing, curriculum, schedule, or services at any time. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or error.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use Uncoder services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, provide false information, misuse the platform, engage in harmful conduct, or fail to meet payment obligations.

After termination, you may not create another account to bypass the suspension or continue accessing restricted services.

Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful learning content, but we do not guarantee that the website, platform, content, or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every learner’s personal goals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncoder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, employment opportunity, business, or profits arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Uncoder, its team, partners, instructors, mentors, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
